TreasureMage.com and the related products and services made available through it (collectively, the "Services") are operated by AI Alchemitects, Inc. operating as TreasureMage ("TreasureMage", "we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how TreasureMage collects, uses, discloses, safeguards, and otherwise manages personal information in connection with the Services. It applies to personal information collected through the Services, including in connection with user accounts, auction participation, ticket or bid purchases, order fulfillment, promotions or referral features, customer support communications, and related interactions with TreasureMage.
TreasureMage handles personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") and other applicable laws. TreasureMage may also be subject to legal obligations relating to tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and record-keeping.
By using the Services or providing personal information to TreasureMage, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that is not personal information under applicable law, including business contact information used solely to contact an individual in relation to that individual's business responsibilities, where applicable, or information that has been anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.

Where payments are processed by third-party processors such as PayPal or other payment service providers, TreasureMage does not intend to store full payment card details, but may receive transaction confirmations, payment status information, billing-related records, and similar information needed to administer transactions and maintain business records.
c) Auction and Platform Activity Information
This may include bidding activity, auction history, account activity, referral or promotion participation, login or session information, and similar records relating to your use of the Services.
d) Device, Technical, and Usage Information
This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session data, pages visited, clickstream data, cookies and similar technologies, and other information generated through your use of the Services.
e) Communications and Support Information
This may include the contents of communications you send to TreasureMage, including support inquiries, account-related messages, and other correspondence.

Where the Services include live auction chat, messaging, comment, or similar interactive features, TreasureMage may collect information contained in communications that users choose to submit through those features. Users should avoid posting unnecessary personal information in those features.
TreasureMage generally collects personal information directly from the individual to whom it relates. TreasureMage may also receive personal information from third-party service providers or processors, shipping or fulfillment providers, analytics or hosting providers, referral or promotional tools, or other persons or organizations where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or otherwise as permitted by law.
TreasureMage does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through the Services, which are intended for adult users only.

For example, TreasureMage may need to retain account records, transaction records, shipping records, communications, and related operational information for record-keeping, audit, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, dispute, or legal purposes.
Where personal information is no longer reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected and is no longer required to be retained for legal or business purposes, TreasureMage will delete, destroy, or anonymize it using reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
TreasureMage may retain communications submitted through the Services, including live auction chat or support communications, for a period TreasureMage considers reasonably necessary for operational, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, legal, or business purposes.
TreasureMage may revise its retention practices from time to time in light of operational needs, legal requirements, and reasonable business practices.
TreasureMage uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in its custody or control to protect against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Although TreasureMage seeks to protect personal information using reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, TreasureMage cannot guarantee absolute security, and users provide information and use the Services at their own risk.
TreasureMage will take reasonable steps to respond to security incidents affecting personal information and, where required by law, will provide notice or report a privacy breach in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Subject to applicable law and limited exceptions, you may request access to the personal information TreasureMage has about you and may request information about how that personal information has been used or disclosed. TreasureMage may refuse access where permitted or required by law, including where disclosure would reveal personal information about another individual or where another legal exception applies.
You may also request correction of an error or omission in your personal information. TreasureMage will make reasonable efforts to correct personal information where appropriate. In some circumstances, TreasureMage may require a written request and enough detail to identify the information in question.
Requests for access or correction should be directed to TreasureMage's Privacy Officer using the contact information set out in this Privacy Policy. TreasureMage may require sufficient information to verify the identity of the requesting individual before responding to a request.
TreasureMage will respond to access or correction requests within the time required by law, subject to any extension permitted by law. TreasureMage may charge a reasonable fee for providing access where permitted by law, but TreasureMage will advise you of any applicable fee before processing the request.

TreasureMage may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, TreasureMage's practices, legal requirements, or other operational or business considerations.
When TreasureMage updates this Privacy Policy, TreasureMage may post the revised version through the Services, update the effective date, or provide notice by another reasonable method. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will govern TreasureMage's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from the effective date of the revised version forward.
TreasureMage encourages users to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how personal information is handled.
TreasureMage is committed to transparency regarding law enforcement and government requests for user data. We maintain a Warrant Canary that publicly discloses whether we have received any legal requests, subpoenas, warrants, or gag orders for user information. If we are ever compelled by law to disclose user information, we will update our warrant canary accordingly (to the extent legally permitted) and will notify affected users unless prohibited by law from doing so.
